I am an Accredited psychotherapist with BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), and a member of the British CBT organisation AREBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy).
I trained in CBT (REBT) at Birmingham University.
I began my career in the medical field working at pharmaceutical companies in Japan and America.
My Psychology training began 24 years ago at The Esalen Institute in California. I then went on to train in Counselling, Hypnotherapy, CBT therapy and EMDR Trauma therapy.
As well as my private practice, I have worked in Drug Rehabilitation, with Kids Company, Victims of Crime support and the Princes Royal Trust for Carers – a charity that helps Carers look after family members in need.
Working with young people and adults, I specialise in the treatment of anxiety based problems, such as OCD, phobias, panic attacks etc.
I provide Medico-Legal Expert Witness reports and client therapy on cases including: Road traffic accidents, Bullying in the workplace, Professional Negligence, Medical Competence & Negligence and Trauma.
