Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is typically a need to repeat thoughts or behaviours, often causing anxiety.
Many with OCD do superstitious rituals or thoughts to prevent something bad from happening. Others find themselves constantly cleaning, checking or looking out for danger.
You are not alone, 4% of the population experience OCD, affecting children and adults from all walks of life. OCD is usually quickly treated with CBT, most people gain control over their anxiety within a short period of time, and learn to master their fears.

Young people with OCD
I often treat young people with high anxiety and OCD. I find most seek simple, practical techniques to bring stress under control. Parents benefit enormously from guidance and information that enables them to take charge of difficult situations and help their children conquer their fears.
Overcoming OCD
OCD is usually cured quickly and permanently with CBT therapy & Hypnosis. Unlike other therapies, CBT gives you the tools you need to bring this under control, and master your fears.
I have successfully helped a large number of young people and adults become free of OCD, helping them control compulsive thoughts and behaviours - and returning to a healthy and calm life.
